Raising and trading beef cattle have always been the main activities of the Di Bartolo family. First with grandfather Giacomo, who since childhood sold milk door to door and raised cattle here in Castellammare del Golfo. Then with father Giuseppe, who in 1986 opened a butcher shop, Centro Carne, thus determining a step forward for a business evolution. Finally grandson Giacomo with Braceria360° closes the circle with the presentation of meat dishes thus determining a chain that takes us from the stable to the table. The Centro Carne butcher shop is the laboratory of our Braceria, where meats are carefully selected and processed to present the best product on your plate. So the main ingredient is the meat! Tradition, professionalism and passion are the recipe.
